The river shots are the riverbanks down the end of my road, Watergate street at the bottom of the high street. I and all my friends, family, and past generations before us spent the first 16 years of our lives playing on that river and fishing in it. And it's at a really low tide so you can make out where the old jetty was, that bank is ancient, love it!!
This is just next to where I live, left of Millenium quay... probably the end of Watergate street? great video...Thanks to this site I'm learning lots about Deptford's history. Valuable info, thank you!!
